We had a garage door installed 1 year ago and it always raised kinda slow, then 1 day it stopped rising. So we called Royal Garage doors and turns out the original springs were the wrong size for our door. Ivan gave us a fair price and did them right then and there in 30-45 mins. This is the man to call when you need garage door repairs/install. Door was not working, it was 8:00 pm when we called, and he was willing to come that night and take a look. Told him I'd probably be able to unlatch and it get it closed, which I did, and he was here first thing the next morning. Replaced the spring and installed new cables. Honest, dependable, gave us a reasonable price, and just a nice guy. Thanks Ivan. It's an old door, as you now know, so we'll be calling when we need to replace it.

I cannot say enough good things about Royal garage door service. I called them Saturday morning at 9:30a because my garage door spring broke and I had to get to the airport Sunday. Everybody wanted at least a $300 emergency service fee on the weekends plus the repair costs. The bill to replace both springs was barely more than most people's emergency service! He also fixed some other small problems with my garage door. Plus he was there within an hour of calling. Amazing! Just call him, you will not be sorry!

My father-in law's cable snapped on one side of the door yesterday. I called several 'big name' repair places and nothing available for days. Found a small outfit and they said they'd come at 4pm but they never showed up. This morning I found Ivan at Royal Garage Door via google search and he came out within two hours, after cancelling his Dr. appointment! Ivan replaced both cables, inspected all other parts of the garage and reset the door opener to make sure it was working with the new cables. His fee was exactly what he quoted. Thank you Ivan! A great experience in a trying situation. We got our power back late Friday; when we went to reengage our garage door opener one of the cables came off of the pulley. Try as I might, I could not correct it. The door became crooked in the rails & wouldn’t close completely.
My previous door repair company, & others, couldn’t help before Tuesday (not good!). I called Ivan, he arrived after completing his previous job. Worked on my door for a couple hours; it’s now the best it’s been in years. I will absolutely recommend the hard working, available, expert garage door guy, Ivan of Royal Garage Door Service!
